Does BlackPath ship internationally?
Yes, please allow for a longer ship time for international packages. We can only guarantee a 2-4 business day window of delivery for the continental United States. Refer to our Shipping Page for more information.
When do you ship?
If payment is received before 1pm EST during any business day, we ship same day using USPS Priority Mail. (Weekends and Holidays excluded). Your package should arrive within 2-4 business days. Please allow more time for international packages. Refer to our Shipping Page for more information.
All orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING* are shipped within one business day and all items are shipped through USPS priotiry mail. Free of charge.
*Free Shipping is only valid for orders within the Domestic Contiguous 48 United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii and other US Territories may incur shipping charges.

How do I return my BlackPath merchandise?
All purchases are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee—if you’re not satisfied for any reason during that time, please contact us with your name and order number and a representative will provide you will help start the process and provide further instructions.
Will installing BlackPath products affect my factory warranty?
Most of our products do not affect your factory warranty because there are no permanent modifications to your vehicle. Dealerships in certain regions have their own policies when it comes to vehicle modifications covered under factory warranty. We always recommend that you check with your local dealership about whether adding any BlackPath product will void your warranty.
What kind of warranty does my BlackPath product come with?
We include a Limited Lifetime Warranty. We stand behind every product we sell and will repair or replace any item that does not uphold our highest standards of quality and safety. Always follow precise manufacturer torque specifications along with thread locker paste where applicable. Warranty applies to our products only and does not extend to any other parts on the vehicle.
Our Warranty covers any issues arising from manufacturer defects. Manufacturer defects include such things as material defects, part cracks and breakages, and product failures.
Our Warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear through the lifespan of a product.
Our Warranty also does not cover any mishandling, misuse, and modifications to a product.
Our Warranty is non-transferable.

We accept all major forms of credit card: AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, Discovery. Credit Card payments are accepted through registered Paypal accounts and through ebay if applicable.
